Bought a set of tires at another service garage about a year ago. Had a vibration right away. I took it to Musser's for the first rotation and had them balance the wheels. They smoothed it right out.
Transparent on their prices. They have an extensive 21 point safety check. They don't try to upsell you. Great waiting area with comfortable couches, a TV, and Keurig coffee. Will likely return.
We're from the east side of Cincinnati and during the course of our road trip to northern Michigan our tire light came on. There was an obvious hole in one of the tires. While googling tire stores near our location we came across Mussers. Our car was taken back almost immediately and we were out the door in less than a half hour. They we very friendly, accommodating and dog friendly :) If we lived in the area, this would be our go-to place. Highly recommend.
The technicians are all very nice and knowledgeable. They have saved us twice now when the car dealership has messed up something on our car. Had my oil changed here recently and it was quick and affordable. The waiting area was clean and nice. Will go back and recommend to others.
