They do a great job at keeping my older vehicle running
Every time I go here something else is always suddenly wrong. Last time they did something on my gfs car and trashed it took us weeks to clean now when she's in park it produces this horrible smell. Haven't been back since better go somewhere else that cares for your car.
I dealt with Steve Running the front counter . He was polite knowledgeable and gave me good advice for my next set of Tires. I took my truck in because the passenger side back tire had gone flat Steve told me that he couldn't patch it because it was a hole in the sidewall of the tire. They put a used tire on my truck that was the same style As my other 3. They only charged me 50 bucks to do This. My experience is that most other companies would try to charge me over $600 to replace all 4 tires. Steve gave me an economical solution for my problem and in so doing has earned my Repeat business.
Been taking our vehicles to Dale's ever since we moved to the area in 2013. They are always courteous and profesional, personable if you're a regular and they get to know you. We never have to wonder or worry if the job was done right. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!!
Was higher than dealer. Calls back saying we forgot this or we didn't catch this. This my second time dealing with them and never again. I believe this to be a business in a small town over pricing the elderly. Told me my Camaro need a new frame. I told them it had a wheel issues. They tried to put a alignment on it. When wouldn't work they told me need frame work. Took to Lee's garage needed a wheel barren. They told my wife she need 1400 worth of work to a BMW. After 3 trips cause they forgot stuff and still running funny. Took to foreign exchange. Need spark plus car been fine since. I don't know who dale is. But he needs to check his shop more often. And this is one time a owner 2ont dispute a bad review. WE KEEP ALL RECORDS OF CAR SERVICED.
