We wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else for care or boarding. We had a cat with a stomach issue that 3 other vets were unable to solve. She’s now healthy and happy, and no more stomach issues! Our dogs love the kennel. The staff are great.
Used this place to board my pet for 12 days. I texted often and they sent me photos & updates. Price was very reasonable.
Dr Jacob is so knowledgeable and so caring. HE takes lots of time with your pet to ensure they are getting the best care possible. We are very happy with Dr. Jacob and everyone at Tipp City Vet Hospital.
Our doberman, Magnum had to have a surgery and Dr. Jim and his staff were great! Due to some overprotective parents Magnum had two unexpected visits that were not serious , but our concerns were taken that way and we were treated with kindness and respect and our minds put at ease. Then, due to Magnum managing to some how get his incision opened, he was seen immediately by Dr Jacob, fixed back up and solutions to Magnum panicking were given. The techs during that time kept me informed of all that was going on with Magnum which was much appreciated. All the doctors and staff here are great and I wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.
Molly my Mastiff mix was very ill. I called Tipp City Veterinary Hospital to let them know what was going on and instructed me to bring Molly in ASAP. Dr. Jacob was excellent at listening to my concerns, Molly's signs and symptoms, and was efficient with running tests. Diagnosis was found quickly. Staff did an excellent job making sure Molly was comfortable and her pain was under control, which included a continuous IV pain medications along with a loading dose. Dr. Jacob and I discussed a plan of care. Staff called everyday and sometimes twice a day to check on Molly once she was at home. I was able to conveniently order Molly's pain medication using Tipp City Veterinary online pharmacy. I can't thank Dr. Jacob and all of his staff enough for the wonderful care, exceptional communication, and professionalism during this time of need!!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone for their pets needs!
