No communication. I called and waited 2 weeks for an electrician to come out and look at why a ceiling fan wouldn't work. After paying $98. for the tech to come out he was there exactly 11 minutes and told me he couldn't fix the issue today he needed a part and would call to try and get the job back in two days later. Never heard back. After calling it would at least be another week or so because all the electricians were on a big job. Not stupid. It is the holidays and you probably are not staffed correctly. Just call me back and communicate with me when you would be able to return. My time is valuable too but not $8.91a minute.
Ed's get over yourself!!
My wife and I had Ed’s replace our furnace boiler and AC unit (including attic ductwork). We give them our highest recommendation. Each person on their team—and I spoke with at least 5 workers—was polite, knowledgeable, articulate, friendly, helpful, cheerful, hardworking and respectful of our stuff. (Their clean-up was incredibly thorough!) The project manager, JL, was especially terrific. This was a big project, yet most of it was completed in a single day (ductwork was finished on day 2). And scheduling was a snap: since they worked so efficiently, they have a quick turnaround time. We only waited 10 days to begin work. And of all the bids I got from the “A” list on AngiesList, Ed’s was by far the fairest. I don’t mean only that their price was the lowest, but also that they didn’t try to sell us a bigger or fancier system than we needed. (The project manager kept talking me down to what was most reasonable for our situation.) What we got is just right. We feel very fortunate to have picked Ed’s!
J.L. was a professional, he took the time to listen, made suggestions and offered options for the project I presented. He kept me informed of when and how the project would take place. He also phoned prior to installation to check on the date and readiness of our home for the installation.
I found these men pleasant to work with and would recommend the entire team.

Found another plumber who came out in 30 mins, relit the pilot for $150.00 total and new water heater will be here in 3 days.
When the two Installers - Jason & Seth - arrived,- first of all they arrived 5 minutes early, second they explained what they were going to do and how long it should take. During the installation they kept me informed of the progress and as they worked they cleaned up each are they had worked. in.
They have gotten too big and have bought out a lot of their competition so they can charge you monopoly prices!
On a Saturday for a service call for a pilot light needing to be relit and without hot water. $200 to come out and $200 more to light pilot! Seriously?? They take advantage of the misfortunes of others and charge outrageous prices. Plus, if we needed a new water heater probably couldn't get one to us for 5 days. Wow.
Big time Price gouge!!
