My parents had thier trust estate thru them, they never return our phone calls, it will be one year this month. This is a simple estate. We are not of wealth, all propety was disolved prior to thier death.

Purchased a trust a few years ago and needed to update some information. I had typed out all the information and put the location in the trust where it needed to go. William House charged us $1,200.00 flat fee for a couple hours of work. I told Mr House I felt over charged for his service. No response from him. I will think twice before I use their service again.
We will be reporting them to the state Board when it finally does get settled.
